  • How do I cancel/ change an order?
    To amend or cancel the order you must notify us within 2 working days of your order being placed. Please mention the order number when contacting us. After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavor to process orders immediately. Please contact the Customer Service Team: contact@chancemystere.com
  • Can I change the delivery address?
    Yes, as long as before we ship your items.
  • Will the parcel incur import duties?
    Chance Mystère cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Chance Mystère will also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason. However, please don't hesite to contact us, we will try the best to workout the most suitable courier service for your destination.
  • How do I track the process of my order?
    You can only track your order once we emailed you the tracking number.
  • Do you have repair service?
    Yes. We provide repair/maintenance service for client who purchase our products. Please contatct us to discuss.
  • Why is the workshop price of the cardholder different from the shop price?
    The workshop service allows you to customise the colour and materials, either we make it and ship it to you or you can attend the workshop and make it yourself. So the workshop price includes the custom service charge / tuition fees. Under The Collection, you will find our ready made products, which are the products with the same colour as shown in the images.
