Deposit Refund

No refunds will be given for any class cancelled by client. Depending on the amount of notice we receive, the following credits will apply which can be used towards an alternative class date.

When cancellation is received 48 hours or more prior to the start of your class, a 100% credit towards an alternative class date will be offered. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

When cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the start of your class, no credit will be offered.

If cancellation by you is due to serious illness or injury, a full credit will be considered if a relevant doctor’s certificate is submitted and notice of cancellation is received prior to the start of your class date.

Late Policy

The studio opens from 10am to 6pm so please respect our staff and arrive on the suggested time for the class.

If you arrived one hour late than the agreed time, your class will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If the product can't be finished by 6pm due to you being late, a fee of £100 is required for arranging another date or extend class to finish your product.
